Our Meetings

NOTE: Nearly all face-to-face meetings are suspended until further notice due to the pandemic. Zoom meetings are occurring, and information on those can be found here.

Meetings are powerful ways to get the support we need to find recovery from compulsive overeating and food addiction. The experience, strength, and hope in the halls of OA provide a loving, safe place to talk about our disease and how we find the solution. We suggest that newcomers attend five or six meetings to see if OA is right for them. Please see below for a list of our face-to-face meetings.

Please email changes to your meeting’s information to SeacoastOA@gmail.com.

All meetings are “open.”

  1. Good Morning, I’ve been asked to verify if the Tuesday, North Hampton meeting, listed on OA.org, is still active. I am the meeting list co-coordinator for NHI. Thanks for any information you can provide.

  2. I love your night-time eating article and will use it as a topic at our 2018 Convention in Spokane WA. Thank you all for your service!!
